The Martini Trolley is returning to Onslow. Reimagined to be even more spectacular than the last. Our trolley service brings our team tableside to expertly create your martini to your liking, wet, dry, dirty, or with a citrus twist. 

To celebrate it's return, we’ve curated a selection of New Zealand’s finest gins and vodkas, among a few global favourites, ensuring every martini is nothing short of exceptional. 

For those who enjoy an extra savoury kick, the trolley now features premium garnishes, including caviar-stuffed olives and blue cheese-stuffed olives, bringing a luxurious new dimension to the classic serve.

At Onslow our bartender pushes the Martini trolley loaded with a selection of New Zealand’s finest gins and vodkas to your table, and in front of you, just like theatre, you watch your perfect martini created with great finesse, with every detail introduced alongside a performance worthy of a magician.
