What do you do to relax on your days off: One extreme to the other either loads of exercise mostly running. Or a lot of reading and sleep.

What ingredient/condiment could you not live without: Ingredient I couldn't live without probably cheese

What is your go to meal at home: Meat and 3 veg

What got you into hospitality: 1st needing a part time job when i left school and went to uni. What kept me in hospo is the people you work with and the great mix of characters and personalities from all walks of life.
